Code of Conduct
Portocel’s Code of Conduct establishes ethical guidelines and standards inspired by the company’s Management Beliefs and addresses the rules of conduct and behavior of direct and indirect employees, suppliers, managers, representatives, service providers and other partners, in their relations with internal and external stakeholders.
The purpose is to ensure that all business dealings and relations are guided by the highest standards of integrity, transparency and reliability, in a clear and objective manner. These rules are non-negotiable and, in 2017, a copy of the Code of Conduct was given to each Portocel employee and to new employees at the time of admission.
