As we are all aware, the new Coronavirus has been spreading through several regions and countries all over the world creating growing challenges for all of us. We have been monitoring and following the situation very closely taking all necessary actions to mitigate or eliminate any potential impacts to our employees, operations, and all our stakeholders.
As our valued partner, we would like to inform that measures, in different fronts, are being put in place to deal with this sensitive moment. We are adopting the following:
Notice panels in specific locations of the Terminal with regular and intermittent instructions on Coronavirus prevention measures (COVID 19), as well as explanatory and guiding panels at security meetings in the administrative and operational areas for all professionals and users of the Terminal regarding the subject.
Adoption of the home office system to part of our administrative staff with remote access to devices, system and meetings, without prejudice to the terminal’s operations. The contact channels will be maintained through cell phone numbers and e-mails already known.
Mandatory 15-day quarantine for employees from international travel and / or in cases of confirmed contact with contaminated people.
We are sharing all the health guidelines with our partners, including agencies.
Readjustment in the number of persons per vehicle besides the increase in the number of means of transport for internal and external movement.
Adjustment in the use of the restaurant (smaller number of persons using the restaurant simultaneously) as well as reduction in the number of available tables.
As the situation evolves rapidly and differently worldwide, we will follow the evolution of this case, whether it is in relation to the relevant government regulations or any changes in our services providers which might restrict our ability to keep our activities as we have originally planned.
Regardless of the above, we are employing our reasonable efforts to keep our activities and business ongoing and unimpacted.
